Annual plan savings

I was looking for a good deal on a platform to manage our customer feedback and found Snoball. I went with the annual plan for the discount, which saved us a decent amount compared to monthly. The Customer Review Management feature works well, and we're also using the Customer Feedback Surveys. It felt like a solid investment for the price, especially with the annual savings. The setup was quick, and I appreciated not having to pay extra for that. Glad I went this route.

Good reputation management

Used the Reputation Marketing service. It helped. Simple to understand dashboard. Got more reviews online. Worth the price for my business.

Referrals Module is great!

I just implemented the Referrals Module for my small business and it's fantastic! Setting it up was pretty straightforward, and I'm already seeing some great results. My customers are actually sharing and I'm getting new leads. It's really helping with word-of-mouth marketing, which is crucial for me. I'm so glad I signed up and will definitely keep using Snoball for this!

Thinking of signing up. Are there any discounts for paying annually instead of monthly?

J Julia S. 1 month ago
Totally. They usually offer a pretty good chunk off, like 15-20% if you go with the yearly plan.

J James 1 month ago
Yes, definitely go annual if you can. Saved a decent amount, I think it was around 20% compared to paying monthly. Worth it if you plan to stick around.

Anyone know how Snoball stacks up against Birdeye? Trying to decide between the two for review management.

M Mia 1 month ago
From what I've seen, Snoball focuses a lot on automated referrals and getting reviews, kinda like Birdeye. I think Snoball's dashboard for reputation stuff is pretty clean though.

G Gwen Nguyen 1 month ago
Both are good for reviews, but Snoball feels a bit more tailored for pushing out referral campaigns if that's a big part of what you need. Birdeye might be more all-in-one for just general listings management.

Is Snoball helpful for getting more Google reviews specifically? Or is it more general feedback collection?

S Sam 1 month ago
They totally help with Google reviews. It's one of their main features, setting up automated requests to get customers to leave reviews there.

R Raj 1 month ago
Yep, it automates asking for Google reviews, among other places. You can set it up to send prompts to your customers.

Can you cancel the Snoball subscription anytime, or are you locked into a contract?

T Tom Bennett 4 weeks ago
If you pay monthly, you can cancel whenever. If you do the annual plan, you're usually committed for the year, but you save money.

M Mike 4 weeks ago
Monthly plans are pretty flexible for cancellation. Annual is a commitment for the year, but that's where the bigger discounts come from. Always read the fine print when you sign up though, just in case.

Has anyone had luck finding a promo code for Snoball? All the ones I'm seeing online look fake.

L Lisa Silva 2 months ago
I've never seen public promo codes for them. Pretty sure they mostly do discounts through demos or if you commit to annual.

M Mia W. 2 months ago
Yeah, don't waste your time looking for random codes. My company got a discount after a personalized demo with their sales team. That's usually how they roll, from what I gather.

Hey, wondering if Snoball has a free trial going on? Want to test it out before committing.

T Tara 1 month ago
Yeah, they do. I think it's a 14-day free trial. You can sign up on their site.

Yep, can confirm the 14-day trial. Super helpful for getting a feel for the platform before paying anything.

Is Snoball legit? Never heard of them before, seems kinda new.

J June 2 months ago
Yeah, they're legit. Been around for a bit, focusing on the referral and review automation space. Not a scam if that's what you're worried about.

Legit SaaS company. They specialize in word-of-mouth marketing for businesses, pretty standard stuff in that niche.

I'm with a non-profit. Do they offer any special pricing for non-profit organizations?

R Rosa N. 1 month ago
I've seen it mentioned that they do. It's usually something you have to ask their sales team about directly though.

G Greg Q. 1 month ago
Yes, I believe they have non-profit pricing. You'll probably need to reach out to them and ask for details. Worth a shot!
